Dahlman 1807 is the most exquisite leather goods shop in town. Its history goes back to that of the royal saddler Wilhelm Ludwig Dahlman who in 1807 opened his own saddlery as well as saddling the Royal Horse Guards. With the Royal Danish Guard passing my boutique everyday at 12 AM I love the historic reference to the contemporary shop. Here you can find the most beautifully handmade belts and bags, all crafted in the workshop in the basement. The smell of leather grease is intoxicating, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Here, crafts, tradition and aesthetics are being celebrated, and this is the perfect spot to get inspired and find beautiful presents for yourself or others.
